Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you need to change or cancel your order of live, fresh, or frozen seafood, you MUST speak with us about this at least 24 hours prior to your pickup or delivery. If you are receiving an air shipment, changes MUST be made no later than 2 days in advance of your airport drop-off. Because we are dealing with food items and many of these items are brought in fresh for you, refunds will NOT be given if the changes are made after these dealines.
